When submitting a change of address please remember to give us your maiden name along with your married name. The name we have in our records is usually your maiden name, so if you send us your married name we can't figure out who you are. If you have an email address it is to your advantage that you include it. With an email it is much easier to contact you. Once we receive the email with your new address we will update our records and anything we send out will go to that new address.
